Stock Rules- You MUST credit me in your entry description with a link back to my profile, gallery, or the specific stock image
- You MUST inform me of the use of my stock and provide me with a link to the work in which it is used. This can be through a note or a comment on my main page or on the stock image.
- Feel free to use my stock off DA but still MUST credit me and provide me with a link to where it will be used.
- My stock CANNOT be used in any pornographic or otherwise offensive works, if you are unsure if your intended work is offensive or not, don't use my stock or as me FIRST.
- DO NOT claim my stock as your own work. By this I mean: do not post my unedited stock images anywhere and claim them to be your own work, or anyone's work but mine. Any work you create with my stock is obviously YOURS, just with my stock used in it.
- You are fully allowed to use any of my stock in your DA prints, going back to what I've said in the previous statement, any work created by you using my stock is your artwork and should be treated as such.
- Please don't just crop my stock or put a filter on it, etc. Put some work and thought into your art.
- You are more than welcome to use my stock as a reference for any traditional art or digital paintings and drawings. You can use them in photo-manipulations as well obviously, but in the case of a drawing/painting/etc. they can be used as a reference and you can paint/draw/etc. exactly what the photo is.
- If you want to use my stock for commercial purposes please ask in advance, chances are I'll say yes but I'd like to know details first.
- My photography is NOT stock unless there is a link to my stock rules in the description it is NOT stock. All stock photos will also be found in separate "stock" galleries. You are, however, allowed to use my photography as references for art, NOT manipulations, but ask me before you do so.
I hope all of these rules make sense, sometimes I can use unfortunate wording, so if you have an question feel free to ask me
